Before the construction we have carried out a full Geo-technical study and research on the plot to make sure we can build to the highest standards the type of property you want to have constructed.
From the moment we receive the building license, official legal documents and all permits we can start with the construction of the property.
All constructions carried out by ourselves are built to the highest standards when it comes to insulation (acoustic and thermal insulation). Double glazed windows in the latest high quality aluminum frames.
We include in the majority of our properties a full Air Conditioning system throughout, plus electric roller shutters, a stylish and fully fitted kitchen with all electric goods integrated to keep the clean lines inside the house. Depending on the size of the plot we can landscape the garden, include a private pool and have still have plenty of outside terracing to enjoy the lovely weather Spain has to offer. The objective is to deliver you a Dream Property on time with the highest standards.
As we believe that there is much more than only the appearance from the outside we are specialists in helping people with choosing materials, furniture and decorating the inside of the house.
Due to our relationship with high-end / quality furniture suppliers and the knowledge and experience in the interior decoration business we are at your disposal to make your house look "amazing".
if required we can make a complete interior design in 3D to make you understand even better what it will look like, even before we have started with the construction.
This way we can offer you a full service including the design of the property on the outside but match it also with the interior.

We start every project from a blank piece of paper and listen to what you the client wants, so we have a template to start the process with. When all details are clear to both parties, which includes style, location and budget we start with a very quick and basic project template .
This basic project will feature floor plans, lay-outs, position of the house on the plot and also a first 3D image / sketch of the property. We provide the above within 72 hours after the meeting where we had discussed your criteria and requirements.
When the basic project has been approved we can then move on with the final and official architectural plans with engineering calculations to present to the local town hall and relevant departments.
It is our role and responsibility to take care and project manage of all these steps in the process and liaise with your lawyer and yourselves until the licenses have been granted. Once we have these we can start with the construction of your property.
